Return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, clean, and returned with original protective materials when available.

Returned eyewear is checked for lens marks, frame wear, missing components, and packaging condition before a return or exchange is completed.

Pack with care.

Use protective packaging and keep the lenses covered so the frame arrives in reviewable condition. Tracking is recommended for return shipments.
